This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") is between you ("you" or "Customer") and Big Shot OS ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using Big Shot OS (the "Service"), you agree to these terms.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your internal business purposes, subject to this Agreement.
You are responsible for your account, your users, and the data you put into the Service. You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to access it in an unauthorized way, or use it to violate any law or the rights of others.
The Service can connect to third-party services you authorize (for example Intuit QuickBooks Online, Google, Microsoft, or your bank). Your use of those services remains subject to their own terms. You authorize us to access and process data from those services solely to provide the features you enable, as described in our Privacy Policy. You may disconnect any service at any time.
You retain ownership of the data you provide. You grant us the rights necessary to host and process it to operate the Service. We handle it as described in the Privacy Policy.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Big Shot OS does not provide accounting, tax, legal, or financial advice; outputs (including any financial calculations or reconciliations) are tools to assist you and should be verified before you rely on them.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid for the Service in the prior twelve months.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of this Agreement. On termination, your license ends; data handling follows the Privacy Policy.
We may update this Agreement and will revise the date above. Continued use means acceptance.
